Every day, police officers, firefighters, nurses, doctors, and military officers go to work and do what most others cannot or will not. They keep Stockholm running. They are there when it matters – often at unsociable hours, in demanding situations, without the option to say no.
Yet these are exactly the people who struggle the most to compete on Stockholm’s housing market. Not because they lack a steady income or the will – but because the system was not built for them.
That is what we want to change.
What we offer
Stockholm South is a residential project in Farsta strand with 130 rental apartments reserved for those working in healthcare, emergency services, law enforcement, or the armed forces. The apartments vary in size and are designed to suit both single-person households and smaller families.
Here you live in an area with a strong sense of nature, excellent transport links, and everything you need for daily life within reach – without paying a premium for it.
A selection of apartments can only be rented by companies or legal entities – an option suited to those who are, for example, a doctor with their own limited company. Which apartments this applies to is clearly indicated in the apartment listings.
